Drei Wochen spaeter praesentierte die neue Kreativdirektorin des Startups dasselbe System als interne Arbeit vor dem Vorstand. Als der Gruender der Agentur seinen Anwalt kontaktierte, war die erste Frage einfach: Haben Sie einen qualifizierten Zeitstempel, der beweist, wann Sie das erstellt haben? Den hatten sie nicht. Der Streit kostete die Agentur CHF 60.000 an Anwaltskosten und zwei Jahre Ungewissheit.
